inner circle – ooooo sounds creepy – I want to go too. I think they might figure us out pretty quick. That is assuming they dont already have our pics up 🙂

For Republican Senators, the tone of this (truly junk mail) seems so apropos. It’s about exclusivity; those who are part of the inner clique and those who are outside–all the time. This includes, people of color here and all around the world, the poor, a seemingly oblivious middle class that’s falling farther behind, not to mention anyone who dissents with their personal moneymaking, freedom restricting, viewpoints, agendas and policy. This greedy, dehumanizing, ‘inner circle’ has hastened the downfall of this country, and endangered the world more than any previous administration–all for what?

I like the part where she (presumably Elizabeth Dole) says that she may never again offer a ‘complimentary’ (with a purchase of a $2500 a plate dinner with the President) Republican Senatorial Inner Circle membership, but for the fact that this is a critical election year and possibly a turning point for the party….
